Subject: Sorry Tseric
I think we all need to say sorry to Tseric and give him a hug. We've been giving him a hard time today about everything. He's obviously annoyed by us all. There's a reason why we all keep getting our threads deleted or locked. By seeing that, you'd think we'd learn and stop what we're doing to push his buttons.

So...

Tseric, I'm sorry for my request for a sticky thread. Sorry for all the none constructive threads on the General Forum by others. Sorry for that Trannytris or whoever being a b**ch/d*ck... which ever he/she is. Sorry for the random threads being made about you. Sorry for this thread too. I'd post this to you in Off-Topic, but I never see you there anymore.

/sorry
/hug Tseric
/kiss

P.S I still would like to know how you pronounce your forum name.
Rohcc's long lost words whisper slowly to me.

No need to be sorry. I don't know what happened to your sticky request, but if you want to request a sticky you can use the report post button and state your desire for a sticky.

Generally, I am merely concerned with the increased traffic on these boards, but on General specifically. All manner of posts are being made here which would be better served in other forums. This is making General practically unusuable.

As it stands, I am finding myself having to moderate more now, which is a tad discouraging. In the past month or so, we have seen an upsurge in innapropriate posting of picture, links, etc. Due to this, we have to reestablish the Code of Conduct in a visible way, for older and newer posters alike.

So, as fair warning, you may see posts being directed to other forums if they are more to the point. Nerf shaman posts will be directed to the shaman forums. Buff priest posts will be directed to the priest forums, and so on.

Some things to keep in mind:
  • a moderated post does not mean the poster is "bad" or "wrong", it just means the post is not appropriate for this forum, but may be viable in another.

  • I'm just gonna start deleting suggestions that are posted here with the disclaimer "but I figured it would get more view/replies here". Suggestions will not be commented on and veiled suggestions will be directed to the suggestion forum. Posting in General for the sake of "getting more traffic" is in fact causing more traffic.

  • If your post was deleted, it was not because "you struck a nerve" or we are trying to "supress the truth". It was because it was inappropriate for discussion here. The reasoning may or may not be elaborated by the acting CM or Mod.

  • It is true that I really do love you guys.

  • At least try to read the Code of Conduct if you haven't already.
    Bob is my co-pilot.

then they are not reading it. A cop out is a cop out.

As it is, that forum serves no purpose and needs to be removed.

Incorrect. That forum serves its purpose exactly. What it doesn't do is serve your purpose. If you are looking for acknowledgement of suggestions and visible implementation of your idea into the game, you will not find it anywhere on these boards. We listen and respond to player feedback. Feedback is decidely different than suggestions or demands on how we should make the game.
    Bob is my co-pilot.
