I checked out the Cenarion class rewards and wow! That mace is something I'd even be willing to do one of the mindless reputation grinds that Blizzard sees as "content" for non-raiders. However in order to get the mace, you have to raid to get the turn-ins. So, basically this is nothing more than an alternative for raiders to acquire their stuff. Non-raiders are the ones that need an alternative. Wake up!
Enough with the mindless reputation grinds for mediocre at best rewards already. Enough with the forced raiding to advance your character.

If you're seeking non-raid content, 1.10 will herald a new armor set -- a "Dungeon 2" set, being an upgrade to the Dungeon sets such as Valor, Wildheart, etc -- that will require no more people than it takes to run UBRS at most. [ post edited by Caydiem ]

1.10 is the next patch, in development now. As for when it will come, I don't have an ETA for you, but I'm pretty sure it'll be sooner than next year. ;)

Is it just new Tier 1 sets with Purple names?
Is it really good?
And what about weapons, I'm just assuming those will be there too
It'll be some blues, some epics... and there will be some pieces that might interest Molten Core and Onyxia raiders. ;)
