Blizzard Entertainment Technical and Billing Support will be closed on Monday, January 16. This includes Phone, Live Battle.net Channel, Forum, and Email support for these departments. The GM department will still be available during this time to help with in-game issues. To better assist our customers over the weekend; the Billing department will be available Saturday, January 14 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Pacific Time. Technical and Billing Support will return to regular support hours on Tuesday, January 17. We ask that you please refrain from contacting the GM department for technical or billing support during the scheduled holiday as they are unable to assist with anything but gameplay related issues.
