	I petition for no more petition threads... In any case, we try to avoid whenever possible, any toggle function which allows players to "turn off" an aspect of art in the game, especially in this case since the shoulders are such a core part of our overall game look. We allowed such for helmets since the item covers a portion of your characters face (if not the entire face), and the cape, which is more of an accessory that doesn't really detract much from the look of our world, when hidden.
