Subject: Paladin Seals "IMMUNED" While Silenced |

If Paladins are silenced after they've already loaded their seal, then they are not able to proc. Meaning, if you load Seal of Command, are silenced 3 seconds later, and then your Seal of Command tries to proc while silenced, the Paladin gets an "Immune" message.
Was this an intentional stealth nerf, Blizzard, or just a bug?[ post edited by Mavarick ]

Do you have Improved Concentration Aura, by chance? I'm fairly sure this is unintended, and I know at least one instance of this is being fixed in the upcoming 1.9.1 patch, but I want to make sure it's covered in all areas.

I get this all the time in EPL off the bats.
In 1.9.1, there is a fix in place so that silence effects work properly with Paladins who have Improved Concentration Aura.
EDIT: Just to be clear, I don't think the Silence thing is an intended change at all. As I said, it's being fixed in a given reproducible instance. I just want to make certain that this fix will resolve the issue for all Paladins (i.e. was this happening with Paladins who do not have the talent).

It was unintended.
I know this is being fixed in 1.9.1 for those who have Improved Concentration Aura.
What proof do you want? You'll see when 1.9.1 comes out, but that's about all I can give.
What I've been asking, if you've noticed, is if Paladins without Improved Concentration Aura have been experiencing this as well. So far I believe I've yet to get an affirmative response to this.
Yuria, I know you're less than happy about the patch as a whole, but instead of seeking ulterior motives or conspiracy theories that simply don't exist, could you please work with me on this subject?
