why cant i access my talent tree and use the inspect option.
not to mention wheres all the ppl in silithus that were there in the test server.
till these bug get fixed im not playing.
and im close to killing my account because you guys decided to listen to the public and release the patch with soo many bugs in it

Do you have any third-party custom UIs installed in your game folder? This is a common reason for interface difficulty at patch time.

Disabling them doesn't necessarily affect the cached files involved. I would recommend moving the WDB, WTF and Interface folders to another location, renaming them, or deleting them. When you log back in, the basic game folders will be recreated and you can remove an element in troubleshooting that may be contributing to the issue. I wouldn't say so if it wasn't such a common issue at patch time.
Otherwise, you might try browsing the tech support forums and see if anyone else has had a similar issue posted there.

That's why renaming folders can help. You can keep the files, at least. As to whether you can edit files generated by third-party add-ons, I can't rightly say. If they are .txt files, it might not be too hard. Again, Tech Support is the better venue for such queries.
