That's ok. I commented on the warrior forums about this before, but the thread may be lost or consumed.

Enrage was being used in excess in PvP situations. Some warriors would pop it as soon as the cooldown expired, attempting to stay in a perpetual state of enragement. Coupled with Mortal Strike, this caused an inordinate deal of damage overall (or sustained damage throughout the situation). While this change seemed to affect fury-build warriors the most, the intent was to lessen the combination of Enrage and Mortal Strike. To that end, Bloodthirst was buffed to keep potential DPS within the Fury tree, but lessen the overall DPS of MS in combo with Enrage.
