Just an FYI for those wishing to report "stuck at authenticating/connected/handshaking", as it may not be common sense to everyone:
When a large number of players is spontaneously dropped (such as a server going down), the vast majority of those players will instantly try to reconnect to the server. This means that thousands more people than usual are trying to press through "handshaking", "authenticating", etc.
You do not need to keep us updated about hanging at those phases. When the network team sees that players have been dropped, they know to anticipate hanging at those phases. Thanks!
