Subject: Fear that Blizzard will abuse a $40 transfer |

I understand the $40 fee to prevent people flitting from server to server and other problems.
I also think it's justified to fear that people unwilling to pay $40 may be stuck on heavily overpopulated servers with 1 hour queue time indefinetely.
If Blizzard implements a $40 server transfer policy and then either stops or greatly decreases the free needed overflow transfers from high population to low popualtion, we are screwed.
I really do not want to suffer 1 hour queues, file a complaint and get an official e-mail informing me of a $40 solution.
