The murloc did win. There were five winners (no 1st, 2nd, 3rd -- the top five are all equal winners): the Terran Marine, the Murloc, the Keeper of the Grove, the Dwarf, and the Orc Warlock.
As for the number of succubi in the rest of the pics... well... a lot of people dressed as succubi, honestly. There were more succubi than there were, say, Gnomes, or Orcs. :P
I will say that I was the only female on the judge panel, however. :P
