So is it me or do a lot of GM's lack the ability to carry out things quickly? I mean waiting for 1 hour because my body fell through from the fear bug and not getting it resolved is stupid. Whats the point of rez sickness if its the only way to solve this problem outside of a GM ticket in which it takes ages for them to reply.

The GMs deal with a great number of requests from our playerbase on a daily basis. While we strive to have a response time as small as possible, there are occassions when it may not be as timely as an individual player may like.
We have placed several mechanics in game which allow players a choice and provide them with an opportunity to resolve their own issues in some respect. The spirit healer is one of these.
While we want to have smooth gameplay for everyone as often as possible, unpredictable events can and do happen. In those cases, we provide options for players to deal with them and an opportunity to keep playing. We have been very generous with the penalties incurred by death with the expectation that players have a way to move on or wait for assistance, as they see fit.
We realize the world is not perfect and so we provide measures to allow players to determine their own priorities.
Look it over...
