OK this is just my opinion here but I do not think adding Naxxramas will "balance" 5 mans and raids.
For one thing, people spend way longer on raid dungeons than on 5 mans. Once you do the quests in a place like scholomance theres not much left to do. Add to the fact that for some classes you only want one or 2 drops from such a place, and you might only run it 10 times.
In a raid dungeon there are so many people for drops, and they are much more hard and involved. Im sure you could run molten core for months, and still have a reason to go back. 1 five man isn't equal to 1 raid dungeon.
Also, even if they were both equal three of the 5 mans we have now were there since the start. gets pretty boring yet new raids keep being added. they are exciting and fresh while if you wanna do a 5 man you just have the same old place for a year.
Lastly with scholomance stratholme and even lbrs its hard to find people doing a 5 man group. everyone just wants to zerg the place with 10 people.
So in conclusion i think we need more 5 mans like dire maul. :)
(UBRS and the 20 mans are nice too. but id like a new non raid)

I'd suggest you check out all three threads linked in the latest Warcraft Weekly under "On Raids and Non-Raid Dungeons", as they collectively offer information which directly relates to the feedback you've just provided.
In short, we are very focused and dedicated to creating additional five-man dungeon content for the expansion, and moving forward we'll be sure to set the player limit for each instance to the exact number in which the dungeon has been tuned.
