Most classes in this game have skills that let them travel faster except rogues. Sprint isnt a reliable travel form cause its on a 5 min cooldown.
paladins have free mount
warlocks have free mount
druids have travel form
hunters have aspect of the cheetah
warriors can charge on critters to travel faster
shamans have ghost wolf
mages can blink/teleport
So I think they should be able to get a free mount at lvl 40 and 60. Maybe a unicorn or something cool?

As a matter of fact, because you brought this up, I will now make a strong recommendation to the devs that rogues be permanently stealthed so as to incur a constant movement penalty.
