I've had my main account which is comprised of two geared out 60s banned. This account had over 100 days of play time and had been in use since the day WoW came out. It was banned over a conversation with someone my friends list for over three months who was spoken to every day, in the same manner as the conversation responsible for the banning. Upon talking to the friend on the list, it turns out that it wasn't him on the account, which constitutes dual logging. Dual logging is illegal according to Blizzard. Yet, this account is capable of appealing others accounts.
Now, after the two weeks of automated response emails, Blizzard refuses to even respond to my emails. Upon calling the Account and Billing services seeing as that's the only number allowing me to speak to someone at Blizzard, I get nothing but belligerent people who are all but useless. What I'm at a loss for is why there's no number that allows me to speak to an actual Game Master or the person handling the banning of the accounts. I find it ridiculous that I'm having my e-mails ignored and when I do get a response, it's an automated replying making it blatantly obvious that no one has read the e-mail. On top of the fact that I'm waiting 2-3 days at a time for a reply. Enlighten me blue, why is it that the only way to speak to someone about my account is through e-mails that get IGNORED or automated replies. I don't understand how a company can run themselves this way. Utterly ridiculous.
