Subject: Easy Question, but I just cant see it |

Hey all I am posting under my alt because I am embarrassed :). I am a lvl 41 tauren warrior on another server. I have 1209 lifetime kills (5 days playing time) and have the rank of Senior Sergeant.
My question is am I able to recieve of pvp items at this time? I see what seems like lower ranked horde with the insigna of the horde tinket (grunt level) but when I go to the npc outside the BG all they offer me is food. Am I going to the right npcs? Any help would be great.

Like Moonuet and Isle said, you have to go to the Officers Only building in Orgrimmar. Only those who achieved a certain rank in the Honor system have access to that building and the goodies within.

Isle, you are correct. Thank you for helping out a Horde player. I hope you don't get in too much trouble from your faction for your noble deed.
