Any rumors you hear about expansion content are just that -- rumors. I would trust only what you hear from official Blizzard sources.
This is one of the many unconfirmed rumors floating around. Asking for an answer is understandable, but I cannot give such information out at this time. Understand, however, that if you didn't hear it from Blizzard, you should be skeptical. :)

EDIT: To clarify, I'm aware you're getting this perception from a vague quote in a magazine. It's vague for a reason, folks. This early in the game, I can't give clarification. All I ask is that you maintain a healthy sense of skepticism and do not begin overreacting on what may or may not be true at this juncture. I've edited my original post with a slight clarification.
Understand that my hands are largely tied when it comes to the expansion, and I cannot clarify the statement. All I'm asking is that you do not take assumptions as gospel truth; keep grounded.
