Subject: Deleted my mount, sent in a ticket...
   Ok so I just turned level 40 and accidently deleted my mount... I know. I sent in a ticket and I'm still waiting. I'm afraid to log off because I think the GM is going to need information from me or at least need me to be online. It's getting late and I have to wake up very early tomorrow... where's the support!?

   You don't need to be online for the Game Master to help you with this. As Fuzzy said, it might take a little while, since item restorations need to be verified via our item logs, but you can go to sleep - the GMs will be able to take care of everything whether you are online or not.
