Who will stay to run the servers, be on customer service, do GM duty, moderate the forums, etc? I was assuming that all Blizzard employees will be attending Blizzcon... however, they need to keep all their stuff up and running. Then again, if I worked at Blizzard and wasn't able to go to Blizzcon, I'd be super pissed. Any info on this?

Even if all employees get to go, it will not be at the same time. We will still have full coverage in Technical Support, Billing, and the GM department. The same goes for the networking team. The company will not shut down for the show, we will just be staggering our staff more than usual.
