We all know it, WoW's going to the DOGS. No one likes it anymore but the people who have invested too much time in it to break away and go do something USEFUL like learning DIFFERENTIAL CALCULUS.
I have the ANSWER, the SOLUTION. The way that we all can have FUN again.
The only way that WoW can save itself is by creating a HUGE, EPIC battle that requires the WHOLE SERVER to cooperate against the other FACTION.
The story is like this: Dwarven Engineers and Undead Apothecaries are racing against time to create the ULTIMATE WEAPON. Both sides realize that the ONLY way to DEFEAT each other is with a WEAPON so POWERFUL that for both sides to posses such a device would mean MUTUALLY ASSURED DESTRUCTION were tensions ever to RISE to the BOILING POINT.
You may have guessed it; far to the FRIGID climes of NORTHREND Prince ARTHAS has been busy. Biding his time, he has developed a MASSIVE NUCLEAR ARSENAL. The only problem is that ARTHAS realizes that to ATTACK the ALLIANCE or the HORDE with his MASSIVE NUCLEAR ARSENAL would release MASSIVE amounts of lethal GAMMA RADIATION which, for reasons unknown, would MELT all the UNDEAD into PUDDLES. Thus, the LICH KING must not use his MASSIVE NUCLEAR ARSENAL or else the entire WORLD would be left UNINHABITED and UNLIVABLE.
Thus, the HORDE and the ALLIANCE must RACE against TIME to get the MASSIVE NUCLEAR ARSENAL and ANNIHILATE both their ENEMIES and the LICH KING in one FELL SWOOP.
While it's true that such a story line would be really really really really really cool, my above post may be used both as a signpost for the developers and also as a MAD LIB by the forum members. Just copy, paste and replace the CAPITALIZED words with your own!

The COMMUNITY TEAM greatly APPRECIATES your SUGGESTION for the game. While very CREATIVE, this particular PROPOSAL is over-AMBITIOUS and also completely ignoring CANON LORE. I do UNDERSTAND and LOVE your ENTHUSIASM, however. :)
I would like to ENCOURAGE that further SUGGESTIONS such as this one be POSTED in the proper FORUM.
