I got to level 10 last night and the first thing I put a talent point into was improved MOTW and now the tooltip states that it will give me 70 armor and 2 stat. but it only actually gives me 65 armor and 2 stats. Has this been reported. I asked a friend to check it out since he also had improved and he had the same problem.
If this has not been reported Blizz please have your QA team check it out.

As stated above this is simply a display error. The bonus you see in your spell book is applied when you cast the spell.
It is all about the Brambleberry
