- Most variety offered when playing.
- Best survivability
- High damage and abiltiy to take on 4 mobs+ at a time easily.
I played mine before and after 1.8 and loved it the same... after 1.8 I'm liking it even more due to the nice buffs to my dot's, but this class has owned since day 1.
If you don't know how to play a warlock they must seem pretty lame.
But when you actually use all their abilities and know how to use their pet effectively they are hands-down the most fun and ingenius class this game has to offer.
No other class has as much variety when it comes to killing multiple mobs and surviving a massive battle.
Last night I was working over Southshore pirates on my level 45 warlock. (all mobs are level 45 and 45+ there) I had a fight where I pulled 3 guys in, one ran off and pulled in another, then another broke and pulled in one more.
I still won.
6 on one and I won using a variety of skills from fel domination to voidwalker shield, bandages, fear and DOT's, deathcoil and every other trick in my bag.
Name another class besides a warrior burning thru retaliation that could possibly hope to take on 6 mobs and win if played by a skillful player?[ post edited by Quizenart ]
