Six days ago Caydiem and I realized that we had characters within a close level proximity and decided to race to 60. At the start, her Rogue was level 51 with full rested, my Priest 49 with no rested. While I've been able to gain some ground, it hasn't been nearly enough. I'm now level 55 and she level 57. Fortunately, she has used up her rested.
My point is, I've leveled Horde characters to 60, but never Alliance and I don't have time to waste wandering around. I'm looking for your input on what you feel is the most efficient way for me to finish off these last five levels.
Also, WTB The Eye of Shadow PST. ;)

Okay, here's my suggestion: Solo the Fordring grind quests in the plaguelands, then when you're up to the quest that requires you to do Scarlet Strat 5-man, take it from there. :)

Thanks, this is what I'm looking for. I've no problem reaching 60 quickly, I just need an edge to gain ground. Quests chains that offer good xp which I currently don't know exist are what I'm after.
I was sad to discover that Nathanos Blightcaller wasn't my friend. =(

Dude, you work for Blizzard. Don't they have an Auto Level feature for Devs, so you can test out various aspects of game play? Recently, Fangtooth said that he's "never put a single point into the Priest Holy Tree". No wonder the Holy tree sucks so hard- none of you have ever played it.
Blizz really needs to set up some sort of AutoLevel/Free Respec system for their Devs. I promise, if even ONE of you ever played a Mage in AB at level 60, all this "We think Mages are a complete class" nonsense would vanish instantly. And if even ONE of you ever played a Holy Priest, the Holy Tree would be re-worked the very next day.
Not on live realms, no.
On internal realms, yes.
We're not the people who test the content or design it. We're community managers, and as such, it's rather important we understand the whole game, don't you think? I have a level 60 Rogue in Bloodfang and BWL gear on internal realms. That's easy. But it does not give me the information regarding levelling and quests that I would get when levelling a character legitimately.
In addition, we all have level 60s, and the developers have several level 60s across live realms that they levelled as legitimately as we have. There are level 60 Holy Priests and level 60 Mages among the development staff, all 100% legit.

Without a doubt you get more exp for 5man runs so I would suggest that you get on 5man runs for any of these instances. Cay may very well beat you to 60, you will have the better gear when you get there.
