Subject: Why are GOOD posts not responded to?
Why is it that posts such as:

"I challenge Blue to a lore match"

and

"Get to know your CM's"

are ALWAYS responded to immediately, but yet posts that deserve at least some kind of response such as the AB rep reward not working get passed up?

I don't see how a topic with a simple questions about a game mechanic doesn't deserve a response.

EDIT: Figured I'd put the little red edit thingy on this since the next two posters did! Woot! a trend!

Ranarf is correct. The "hard-hitting" questions require time and other people to answer, involving meetings with developers, discussion with PR, and all manner of internal processes. "Fluff" posts require no such prerequisite, since the information requested is in our brains already and requires no pass through the wringer.
