So.
There are a few ways to interpret that.
1. There will be a new race with a new starting area.
2. Gnomes and/or Trolls are being deported to a new starting area.
3. There will be no NEW starting areas or races, and that they will use Elywnn forest/Durotar/whatever as a staging area to show new features, such as UI improvements or some other nonsense that we don't want. (Hint hint)
So, can a Blue please care to pin out which one of the above is correct?
Anyone have any proof that one of them is false (Note: Imagination is not proof)

Now, don't you think I was enigmatic for a reason? I tend to pick my words carefully.
That said...
Do you honestly believe we'd be showing off Gnomes, Trolls, or any other existing content as a shiny new feature for the expansion? I'd suggest giving us a little more credit. :P
