Calling complicates the proccess tenfold. What limits you from allowing us to change our emails from the website?

This was changed for added account security. We recently experienced a rise in compromised accounts due to various external factors. When these accounts were compromised, more often than not, all account information was changed. This made it very difficult to verify ownership and resolve the issue.
This method in place now makes it more difficult for important components of account information to be changed. Therefore, the current owner of the account has an easier time of maintaining control of the account, in the event of a compromise.
