sign here if you would like a server for players that are casual...for example on the server you should not be able to play more than 20 hours a week so casual players would have the same chance as others on that server
blizzard you can start 1 server for casual player to see if it work...
No more level 60 in 3 weeks, less epics found so each 1 found are more,appreciated, more easy to find caracter your own level...the advantages of that are multiples

I don't think it would be very successful to have a casual realm. What if there are time when you have no other obligations, and really want to grind out some levels, or get some good PvP time in? I have had times like that where I sat down to play at 6 PM, and did not stop until 7 the next morning. Even casual players get times when they just want to sit down and play until they can't play any longer.
