when you play in window mode, is there a way to LOCK the window from not being able to stretch out?
for example, when im playing i dont wanna accidently drag my mouse, click the border and pull my window off scale, ALSO causing lag for the loading, and die... is there a way to lock it in window mode?

I don't think there is a way to lock the screen in windowed mode. You just have to be conscious when playing like that about where the cursor is. I run into the same issues myself, so I have just gotten used to playing in full-screen windowed mode, and just having the chat windows pop up over the screen. It is annoying at first, but not nearly as annoying as stretching the game screen over and over again.
