One of my primary tasks in this job is to gather feedback from the community. If you never complained at all, I would simply ask you the best questions I could on how you felt things were playing out. Perhaps that would be a better scenario :P
I guess I am trying to make the distinction between complaining and providing a critical analysis of how you think the game could be improved.

The fact that you act like, wouldn't it be a better world if only we could express ourselves better.
Yet, the company that you work for, that has direct control over these boards and are in a position to clean them up and change them from teh cesspool of spam that they are right now, into a board where discussion and debate could be held.....do nothing.
SO don't sit there acting like wouldn't it be better if only YOU LOT would act better, when we can't fight against hundreds of spamming idiots.
You can, you have rules, why don't you ever enforce them until its something that suits you?
You want a better place to discuss the game, then persuade the company you work for to put some effort in and make it better.
I am doing something to change. That is the only certain claim I can make. We are a handful of people working to moderate over 100 different forums. In those forums are 100 different threads. We do what we can.
I am not asking you for much, simply to be accountable and responsible for your own actions. I have the honor and burden of being responsible for mine, the company's, and your actions.
Claiming we do nothing is not accurate. We only appear to do nothing in your particular perception. How you wish to view things is how you are going to view things.
