If you wish to discuss GM policies, please email them at wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com.

If you wish to discuss forum policies, you can do so here in a civilized manner.

Q u o t e:
I'm just concerned about this because whenever a thread gets deleted, its often without cause in the mind of the poster, but to ask why is against policy and also gets locked.

I also see numerous threads with graphic sexual imagery being used, but even after they get reported the thread sticks around for a long time.

Before you create an account, you are required to click Agree to the terms and conditions of the game. Each patch you must accept it again. The same goes for the first time you go to post here on the forums. You have to agree to our rules before you post.

With that said, we can only hope that you took the time to read the rules, and then we can only hope that you understand that you are breaking the rules. We even created a sticky post to again go over the rules of posting.

Because of that, we will delete posts that do not belong on the boards. If your post disappears, there is a reason. If your post gets locked, there is a reason. Posts that are created about locked or deleted threads are against the rules, but if you ask a legitimate question, and you honestly do not know why your thread was locked or deleted, we will answer.

Ordrast, it sounds like what you were doing can be taken as spamming. Caydiem does not break promises. If she tells you she will have an update for you, she will. It may not be as quickly as you like, but we can only share information that we have access too. Often times, we will ask questions only to find out that there is no immediate answer. Other times we are not allowed to share the answer.

It is not our job to lie to you; it is our job to provide you with as much information as we are able to.

If we say we will get back to you, we will. If we don't, we are not doing our job and that could lead to termination which none of us want. When ever we say we will follow up on something, we make note of it in multiple locations normally so we don't forget. Like I said though, it can take some time to get an answer back that we are able to share.
