hi there I'm posting in hopes to find out some info on this possible pay to transfer rumor I keep hearing from everyone.
I thought to myself something like this would be fantastic as I have friends I recently found out play on another server as horde and it would be great if we could play together without having to level brand spanking new toons.
I searched for info about these "paid transfers" and all I could find was this quote on an unofficial site.

We'll offer character transfers from one realm to another, as well as allow players to move characters from one account to another. this sounds too good to be true. and the cross account system sounds like a ridiculous idea though so I figured this is fake.
Is there any truth at all to paid transfers? am I just getting my hopes up?
and also if there actually is are there any ideas if a say east server to central server transfer would be possible.
please help me out someone anyone

Besides what is in the sticky post above, we have no new information about character transfers. As soon as we do get any new information, we will be sure to let you know by posting it on the forums, and on our main site.
