I recently had a 3 day suspension...I've had countless amounts of suspensions, 3 day and 3 hour, and now I keep looking at the same and SAME email, but I noticed something NEW about this one.
''NOTICE: THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN GIVEN A FINAL WARNING!''
The thing is, Blizzard, WE PAY YOU TO PLAY, not to be deleted a account and start all over again.
You, are not supposed to do anything to us unless we cancel and stop paying.
Seriously, I've been loyal to Blizzard since 1997. War1, War2, War3, D1, D2, TFT, EXP, WoW....seriously. You aren't supposed to be allowed to delete a account that is ACTIVE, and paying.
OR on the other hand, final warning meant nothing so this agrument is stupidly stupid. Speak up people.

When you created your account and logged in for the first time (and every subsequent patch afterward) you agreed to the following terms...
From the EULA:
Q u o t e: ...you must accept the Terms of Use in order to access the Service to play the Game. The Terms of Use agreement governs all aspects of game play. You may view the Terms of Use by visiting the following website: http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/legal/termsofuse.shtml. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use, then (i) you should not register for an Account to play the Game, and (ii) you should contact Licensor's customer service at (800) 592-5499 to arrange to return the Game for a full refund of the purchase price within thirty (30) days of the original purchase. Once you accept the Terms of Use and register an Account, the purchase price of the Game will not be refunded to you if you choose not to continue the monthly subscription to the Service.
From the Terms of Use:
Q u o t e: As with all things, World of Warcraft is governed by certain rules of conduct that must be adhered to by all users of World of Warcraft. It is your responsibility to know, understand and abide by these rules of conduct. The following rules are not meant to be exhaustive, and Blizzard Entertainment reserves the right to determine which conduct it considers to be outside the spirit of the game and to take such disciplinary measures as it sees fit up to and including termination and deletion of the Account.
And also from the same document:
Q u o t e: Blizzard Entertainment may, in its sole and absolute discretion, take whatever action it deems necessary to preserve the integrity of World of Warcraft. Violation of any of the terms and conditions set forth above may result in actions being taken by Blizzard Entertainment, effective immediately or at a time determined by Blizzard Entertainment, which may include without limitation: (i) temporarily suspending your access to World of Warcraft, or (ii) permanently terminating your access to World of Warcraft. Without limiting the foregoing, Blizzard Entertainment retains the right to decline service to any user who violates the World of Warcraft Terms of Use or the End User License Agreement.
You agreed to these terms by continuing to play the game; if you choose to violate policy, you will face the consequences.

I would like to end this debate by declaring the statement in question to be, "Eyonix is always right". It has a much better ring in my opinion, and it's a much more focused claim, meaning it will ultimately be more difficult to dispute. I seek to pacify these forums, and if my methods require that I make myself an icon of truth, so be it.

Its annoying when cms and gms preach about high moral behavior about language but indeed don't follow it themselves. People have been banned for using acronym Wt f-word , even after explaining that the f in that acronym could mean anything such as "frog" but still they were banned by gms saying it was against the Tos and they used it in a abusive tone witch seems to every case. Hypocrisy at its worst.
You should give yourself a 3 hour ban cay!
The rules for the forums and the rules for the game are two separate documents, in fact.
