Blue reads a funny thread, or some idiot saying something idiotic.
Cay turns around her chair and yells "Hey guys! this idiot warlock thinks armor effects spells!"
Everyone laughs.
Cay misunderstanding warlock abilities, turns around "Oh hell, i made a fool of myself, someone back me up, i need a excuse!"
Fangtooth and the monstertruck thread "Hey Cay, can you back me up? ill say your hitting me with a spiked club, just play along mmkay? =)"
Cay sees world of roguecraft vid, turns around yells "hey yall! look at this video, some idiot rogue is using two daggers and hes owning all these obilivious farmers! he thinks hes accually good! and people are accually believing this $!@%!" Everyone gathers at Cays computer and watches it.

We laugh at what's funny -- we're not mean-spirited.

...or I gave you the information I was given by the developers. After further confusion was noted, I grabbed the latest internal client, made a warlock, and checked myself, then posted again. I'm not above admitting when I'm wrong, and I left it open for further clarification tomorrow.

No...
I do have a stuffed, spiked club at my desk. Fangtooth said something that caused me to walk over to his desk area and hit him with it lightly. After a few minutes of this...
"I'm going to post on the forum that you're hitting me with a stuffed club."
"No you're not."
"Yes I am." *starts typing*
"Don't hit post. Don't h--" *watches as he hits post, sighs*

We got a kick out of it because it shows an aspect of the game -- but not necessarily a common truth. It was presented well, and we enjoyed it for what it was -- a cautionary tale regarding the power of rogues.
Despite what many believe, we don't sit here, taking pleasure in insulting others and thinking nothing of player feedback. The moment we do that, we fail in our primary job duty, which is to relay your feedback in its truest spirit to the development staff.
