Caydiem, Eyonix, Fangtooth, or Tseric:
Why was the number 20 choosen for the number of quests a player can be doing at any one time? I find now that I have been lvl 60 for awhile that I cannot keep all of the quests I want to do in my questlog. And with the recent addition of Zul'Gurub and Arathi Basin, I have even more quests.
I suggest that the number of quests a lvl 60 player can have be changed from 20 to 40.
Thanks, and may the Light be with you!

It's intended that players must manage which quests they're currently working on to some degree. Twenty quests is certainly a reasonable number, especially given the fact that you're free to abandon and resume a quest at anytime should you need room for something else.
You should also keep in mind, having no limitation whatsoever (or even a more lenient one) would cause many players, especially those new to the game to feel overwhelmed.

Q u o t e: How about 20 PVE quests and 10 PVP quests ?
Why should the 2 be linked ?
Think more about your system, it can be improved.
Again, we're satisfied with the current quest limitation of the Quest Log. A maximum of twenty is actually much more reasonable than what we originally had in mind when deciding upon a restriction. While increasing the number may satisfy some, that doesn't necessarily indicate that it's an improvement to the system.

Q u o t e: Our satisfaction is what we pay you for...
You must understand that what satisfies you doesn't necessarily satisfy others, Topround. There are a very large number of people across the globe playing this game and we must make design decisions based upon how many different types of players will be interacting with our game systems. We feel that the Quest Log limitation is reasonable for both the "hardcore" and "casual" gamer, along with everyone in between. It may not be the most optimal number for some, but again, part of the game's challenge is balancing what you're working on and how you're progressing.
