Subject: GM - Open Ticket (Response Time)
   I have an open ticket with the GM's. It was from yesterday. The GM's said they will get back to me.

Is >24 hours normal?

Should I re-page on the status of "getting back to me"? Will re-paging close my open ticket? (They told me not to edit or close the ticket) Do I have to be in-game for them to contact me? (ie. email me something instead...)

   From the sound of it, you are looking for a reimbursement of some kind. If you were told not to edit or delete the ticket, it is recommended you do so, as repetitioning will wipe the ticket you have open. Reimbursement takes some time to investigate and reimburse. However, you do not have to be online for reimbursement, as usually items are sent through in game mail.
