Subject: GMs
I'm not sure if this is the proper place to discuss this or bring it up. Perhaps it belongs in Off-Topic or even Suggestions, but I'll leave that to moderators/admins.

Could someone explain a bit about game masters (GMs) to me? How does one become a GM? Are they paid employees of Blizzard? Are they volunteers who get some sort of special bonus/priveledge for keeping up with their assigned duties? I know they play the game as well because one recently talked to me about bugged ore veins and said, "I feel your pain...I'm an engineer."

Now the reason why I'm asking about this is because I just recently saw a video at Warcraftmovies.com with some rather questionable GM conduct and was wondering who the heck you report to when you have a problem with a GM? Is there some sort of WoW Internal Affairs? Thanks in advance.
