Tseric, I address this question to you because you seem to be willing to at least look at long standing questions that nobody else wants to. If another CM has answered this already, I missed it, and I apologize for taking up everybody's valuable time.
Many people have asked if enchanters could be given the ability to put their enchantments into a portable item- something that would work the way armor kits do now. This wouldn't really make enchanting more powerful, but it would let enchanters spend more of their time playing and less time standing around major cities spamming the trade channel with "WTS +7 STR Bracers blah blah blah...".
It would save us time and everybody else a lot of spam, without actually making any change to the balance of the game. It seems win-win.
So, my question, finally: Has this idea been presented to the Devs? Is it under consideration?

The developers have been thinking about different ways to get Enchanters to distribute their wares, but at this time we have no other information.
