I agree with the whole DK system to a point. Agreed it is dishonorable to run into a city start blasting spells or pounding on civilians. Warfare is meant to be strategic, therefor mages or any other character should get DKs if they go into a city and blast away AOEs and kills civs. But a civilian attacks first? Are they a civilian or are they now a militia of some sort?? I was raiding Tarren Mill with some people only to have a civ chase us out of the city when he was not attacked first. In conclusion I feel at least that Civs should not be able to attack unless attacked. If they are attacked they should be marked like any other creature in PVP and be tagged to the player who hit them forst so they alone get the DK and not the entire group.

Civilians should not attack unless they are attacked first. If you have seen this happen, please post back with exactly when, where, and which Civilian attacked you first.
