never seen so much CM life on this board.

what do the CMs do during the day? hit on the female employees? spend their time tipping back a bottle grandma's old cough syrup? DL porn?

PIE to the night crew! =)

The night crew pretty much = the day crew. We just sometimes get a little punchier as the day wears on. During the day we have access to many more people around the company (and they have access to us), so we're generally working on a number of things, such as meeting with the devs, helping with messaging and internal communication, coordinating updates with the other members of the PR team and the Web team, corresponding with the international CMs, and much more, in addition to monitoring and moderating the forums.

We take our inspiration from the devs and the other departments. They're a really dedicated group of gamers/coworkers, and seeing the work that they consistently put in motivates us to do our part and contribute as best we can in our own way.
