The latest exploit:
1. Join WSG as a group.
2. When you're accepted, have one designated player click join.
3. If it's a PUG, everyone joins and kills them. If it's an organized group which poses a threat, don't join.
I've just seen this strategy being used. Until Bliz changes the battleground system so PUGs only face other PUGs and groups only face other groups, BS like this will continue to happen.
Seriously, just the simple change of only pitting groups against other groups will make this whole thing go away.
No more AFKing when they see another group (because they're not going to get lucky and get a PUG), no more BS like the aforementioned, no more farming PUGs for honor.
One simple change and the whole mess goes away...

I appreciate your position, but this is definitely not a bug and, at the moment, not even considered to be an abuse of game mechanics. How groups coordinate their efforts in BG matches is up to them.
That being said, development is looking into the queuing system of battlegrounds and how players are interacting with it.
