Blizzard you should act as a friend not as some faceless high school teacher. I mean there are so many boards of people telling us about what you wrongfully did to them and you guys seem to never really care or you always say that your right and we are wrong. Blizzard we pay good money to play this game and it seems you dont really care about that fact and it semms like you cant help us or listen to us. it seems like as this game came out you changed. please dont become some faceless company and stay friendly. thanks.

Many reports people post on the boards are from people who want to feel better by posting their side of the story. We do not action people unless we have sufficient evidence. On the flip side, due to privacy and legal concerns, we do not always share what action is taken or why it was taken.

Siva, the GM department works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Depending on the amount of emails they recieve, it may take a while to resopnd back to your email.
