I for one am very happy with the gameplay of WoW, and am not surprised about the continual growth of it. However, I just am wanting to ask a few questions to Blizzard.
1. The support has gotten better slowly, but 4 million users, and there are still way too many times when the server maintenance takes much longer then predicted. Is there any sort of a foresight on when these events will end?
2. The paypal support I have so desperatly needed has still not shown itself again. Is there any knowledge on why its taking so long/If it will ever be available?

1. We always strive to have the realms back up and running before we anticipate, but as with all technology some delays cannot be predicted. We do our best to keep you informed as soon as possible if we know something will not be complete when we say it will.
2. I have not heard anything on this topic.
