We have identified an issue with our credit card processing that is preventing a number of users from adding new payment information to their account to re-activate it.
Our programming staff is working on this issue with extremely high priority, and we will be posting more information once the issue has been resolved, so that any users affected can once again add payment to activate their accounts. If you are having trouble adding a credit card to your account (or making changes to an existing credit card subscription), please keep an eye on the website and this forum for more news as soon as it becomes available.
Update: Our database staff believe they have identified the issue with the payment system and the ability to add or change credit card subscriptions. A preliminary fix is being applied, which we anticipate will be completed within 2-4 hours. Once we have another update we will have another post here to follow up. We appreciate your continued patience in this matter.
As an addendum-- we believe this fix may also resolve the "Your prepaid time has expired" message which is appearing for some users even though they have already paid for active subscriptions.
Update - Resolved: Earlier this afternoon, our database team completed the fix for the accounts affected by these issues. All accounts should now be able to properly add and/or modify their subscriptions, and sign into the game once they have activated their account.
