We have identified an issue with our credit card processing that is preventing a number of users from adding new payment information to their account to re-activate it.
Our programming staff is working on this issue with extremely high priority, and we will be posting more information once the issue has been resolved, so that any users affected can once again add payment to activate their accounts.
