On why The patch didnt come out. Ever other patch came out the tuesday after ur release patch notes and test server. I know that you guys totally messed up the test server so just please admit it to all your PAYING customers.

Actually, every other patch hasn't come out the week after the Test Realm was released. If we feel it needs testing, it remains on the Test Realm longer.
This is simple common sense, but if you need blue to say it, here it is: this is standard procedure. We test the patch on the Test Realm until such time as we feel it's ready for release. That time has not yet come.
