Any time there is a problem like what is going on now the moderators whom are always out here to crush stupid posts etc even from home they say. Are NO WHERE to be seen!
Its like oh jezzzzzz the servers are messed up again lets go watch tv and pretend we dont see the TONS of complaints.
Maybe someone on night shift at the office will see something is wrong then we can go back to crushing posters.
COME ON GUYS.. Dont tell us you dont have phone numbers to call about things. Dont just sit there and pretend your not here. I realize that there is nothing you personally can do about the situation other then call and let em know that paying players are going nuts but at least do that and let us know you did it.
Maybe even give us an explination of what they say is wrong. COMMUNICATION is a huge issue in business. There is little of it being done by Blizzard.

We have been making sticky posts both here, and in the Realm Status Forum. We are giving you as much information as we have available to us. If you do not see us posting, it does not mean that we are ignoring the posts, it means that we are running around making sure that the appropriate parties know there is an issue, and we are trying to get ETAs on solutions.
