Mana Burn
Drains X to Y mana from a target. For each mana drained in this way, the target takes 0.5 Shadow damage.
Blackout
Gives your Shadow damage spells a 2% chance to stun the target for 3 sec.
Shadow Weaving
Your Shadow damage spells have a 20% chance to cause your target to be vulnerable to Shadow damage. This vulnerability increases the Shadow damage dealt to your target by 3% and lasts 15 sec. Stacks up to 5 times.
If mana burn does shadow dmg, why isnt it effected by, blackout, shadow vulnerability, shadowform, etc.? Whenever i use mana burn, blackout, or SV doesnt proc, why is that?
please someone tell me.

Manaburn is a Discipline spell, so it will not proc Blackout nor is it affected by Shadow Weaving. The damage is Shadow damage, but it is not a Shadow spell.
Does that make sense?
