It's through the heart of their being that rogues are able to sprint, and nothing can take that heart away...

Nope, not even a Shaman ability. Hmm, maybe Shamans do need more buffs :p

Q u o t e:
You're so right. Frost Shock SHOULD be an AoE.

I can't earth shock someone in another zone.

Q u o t e:
I suggest a new remake, Eyo, Earthshock to Meteor Shock

When you cast it it opens the map, you pick a zone and it will be crushed by a large meteor.

Shaman are pretty commanding of the elements and elementals too, Flameshock should do the same, but summon Ragnaros in the zone per a shaman casting it.

Frost Shock probably should lock a zone in a new Ice Age for a million years.

Ghost wolf isnt that shamany either, they should turn into a Tempest, Like Ragnaros but with all the elements in one, They passivly yell "By imbalence be purged!" that fears all nearby players for a minute.

Though, raids might still kill a soloing shaman...

I was thinking more along the lines of a chat command, such as /earthshock *player name. This would send the shock damage despite their location. If the player wasn't in the game at the time, it would save to memory and hit them the moment their character entered the world server.
