Why do we have a suggestions forum???? never have i seen a blue comment like hey thats a great idea let me take that to the guys see what we can come up with....
Why do we have Tech support if it takes 4 months to get help....
Why cant i change what tune i want to log on with????
Why with a average of 3.5 million users, with a average of :::US dollars of around 40 Million a month cant blizzard hire people to make this game what it should be, fix what has been broken from day one, add more content, new lands, quests that give you rewards that you want... i love getting a quest done with a ? reward only to get something like plate...quest rewards should be class based.....
Im happy blizzard has 3.5 million users good for them, time to spend that money and fix whats broken and to fix what they said they would fix months ago, and they cant say well we dont have enough cash at this time...
Time to wake up guys, you have the cash, we all know that, since you brag about all your users on your main page, hell fix the game maybe you get a few million more[ post edited by Crimsomdeath ]

The Suggestion forum is read, unfortunately it's difficult to respond to a most of the posted threads for a variety of reasons. One of which is the fact that if we responded to a thread or two here and there, we'd certainly offend those that we didn't answer. There are also some legal issues involved with responding to suggestions in some cases.
I'm in contact with the Technical Support Department daily, and can attest to the fact that they assist our customers within a more than reasonable turn-around period. Due to the volume of posts, you're not guaranteed an answer when posting on the Technical Support forum. If you have an unasnwered technical issue, I'd suggest exploring another avenue of support, such as emailing wowtech@blizzard.com, or calling (949)-955-1382.
We're improving the game with every patch, which includes adding new content and fixing bugs. Having 3.5 million subscribers world-wide doesn't change the fact that improvement takes time, as World of Warcraft is a massive game, and there are many areas where we have to focus our attention. You can see from our Job Opportunity page that we are currently in the process of adding to our team of qualified developers. If you're interested, and feel you have the qualifications to fill one or more of the listed positions, please feel free to send us your resume and cover letter.
