This may have been posted before.. but i don't feal like digging through the multitudes of posts to find it..
I'm just here to complain about the spell interuption i have been seeing a LOT of recently.
Situation is this, your casting away and all of a sudden spell fails at 1/2 way or whatever.. and you get the big red Interupted message. however, there was absolutly NOTHING to interupt you. Happens to me in instances, duels, battle ground, all over. i know i'm not just missing some skill or effect to interupt me, simply because i can start a pvp match with a poly, start casting pyroblast.. and 3/4 times i'll get interupted for NO REASON.
My friends and i have noticed this interuption, however, does corrospond to any number of other environmental effects, such as: party member dies, mob dies (not the one your targeting), a totem is placed down, a totem is destroyed, or ever (the most annoyin imo) a PVP flag is placed down or removed.
you all must realize how impossable it is to get a 6 second spell off in a duel outside of battlegrounds, if it'll be interupted EVERY time ANYONE places a pvp flag..
This problem could just be on my server, and it could just be from the latest patch i don't know..
please, if anyone else has noticed this horrable glitch speak up now so i know my friends and i aren't the only ones, if not.. please leave me to the trolls.. and i'll just suffer alone =/

The bug causing spells to be interrupted upon leaving combat has been fixed internally, and is slated to be fixed on the live realms in the near future. If there are other situations or circumstances which cause this to occur, please detail them in the Bug Reporting forum.

Eyonix this is not just from leaving combat. In fact, I didn't even know that could cause it, because that so rarely happens. This appears to happen from a large variety of actions. For example, this can very often happen during AV when faction gets turned in (Also prevents you from drinking/eating). Its very difficult to tell what causes it but it appears random and I can definitely tell you that there are other causes than leaving combat.
I understand that other factors are currently causing this issue, which is why I encouraged players to post on our Bug Reporting forum. Our Quality Assurance team is very active in that forum and it's important that they receive the information. As stated above, we've identified and corrected (internally) the spell interruption bug which is caused by leaving combat, and it will be fixed on live realms soon.
