   why is there hackers on this game my computer crashed and got a bunch of adware.

   You cannot be "hacked" in that fashion through our game. I suggest you use a firewall of some kind if you do not already. You should regularly check and cleanse your computer of malware using one of the many free programs available for your use. Check your browser's settings to make sure you're not automatically accepting potentially unsafe downloads. And as always, please websurf responsibly. :)

EDIT: The "talking for you" issue is not in fact a hack, but rather clever use of spaces to make it appear as if you're speaking. What happened is someone typed (for example): "hi {insert spaces here} [1. General - Orgrimmar][Lunchman]: I like cheese" and spaced out the message (where it says to) in order to make it look as if you were speaking without actually typing anything. (This is not condoned and can be considered harassment in certain cases.)
